How Our Service Works

Hiring

Before we hire the cleaner on your behalf who will carry out your house cleaning, their credentials are thoroughly checked then each cleaner is vetted in their own home to discover if they clean it to the high standards that we experts require. Next we look for the right attitude and personality in the person to whom we will trust to care and clean your home.
You'll get to meet the assigned cleaner prior to the cleaning commences. That way you'll be able to relax, confident in the knowledge that your home will be cleaned by someone you've already met, who'll be properly motivated, insured and you'll get the same dedicated cleaner every week.
Whilst it is possible that we may have a cleaner available from our cleaner bank, it is safe to allow for up to 3 weeks to recruit your new cleaner.

Your Business Agreement
You will be asked to sign a business agreement confirming your property details and the details of the service you require. There is a minimum contract period of 3 months.

Under new government legislation introduced from 1st October 2008 you have a seven day period (cooling off period) where you can cancel the contract without penalty.
